Upright Meaning
You are more bound than you know. The Devil asks you to examine where you are trapped — by addiction, obsession, toxic relationships, limiting beliefs, or material fixation. The uncomfortable truth is that you are partly choosing this. The chains are looser than they look. The path to freedom begins with honest acknowledgment of what holds you.
Reversed Meaning
Breaking free from a bondage, or at least seeing it clearly for the first time. A destructive pattern is losing its grip. This is the first breath after a long suffocation — lean into the liberation even when it's unfamiliar.
