Artists Compensation

As of 2020, in lieu of a complimentary deck, all 78 Tarot artists that participate in a deck will get 50% of the crowdfunding funds after production costs & crowdfunding fees. Artists will still get a special discount for a deck after the campaign. Details will be posted in group during it.

Production costs are listed below

• Printing - this is the cost of printing and manufacturing the deck, box, book, case, and cloth.

• Shipping - both from the manufacturer to our distribution warehouse, and from the distribution warehouse to our backers.

• Warehouse Distribution - This is the cost to have our warehouse package the reward tiers and label them

• Compensation for hours worked by Admin team

• Fees & Taxes

• Buffer funds for unexpected mishaps or costs

50% of funding that goes over the initial goal, which are funds not used for production, will be split between the artists.
