Upright Meaning
You are carrying too much. The Ten of Wands asks you to audit your responsibilities, your obligations, and the weight you have voluntarily (or involuntarily) taken on. Some of this load is not yours to carry. What can be delegated, released, or simply set down? The destination is close — but you'll get there faster if you're not crushed.
Reversed Meaning
Release of burden, or learning to delegate effectively. The heavy load is lifting. Alternatively, you may be collapsing under weight you refuse to acknowledge — denial only makes the burden heavier.
